Is it me or do these conkers look a little like a bottom/butt cheeks???

And here she is…Carlotti Conker bending right over and leaving little to the imagination!

Today I feel the need to tell you of the story of the bonkers conkers who noticed each other on the tree and ended up participating in this week’s photo challenge title!
But fear not! Those of you who know me, and I believe there are three, will know that I do not engage in smut or vulgarity. Sometimes a little innuendo, sometimes a nudge nudge wink wink, but never….I said….NEVER coarseness or anything embarrassing (My mother reads this!)
Anyway, on with the story….
He was transfixed (beyond even his stalk fixture) with what he saw-the beautiful Carmen, and from that moment he knew he would never be alone again……
Slowly, somehow, Caraway made his way up to where Carmen was….
Somehow Caraway wangled it so that on the next gust of Autumnal wind they fell together and landed side by side so he could continue on the road to love…..
Caraway could contain himself no longer and raced round in a circle….
And wahey! His excitement was well placed….
The next two photos show Carmen and Caraway relaxing!

I’ve been meaning to do a travel theme photo for a while and so here it is!
Ailsa of Where’s My Backpack? is in charge! 😉
When out walking yesterday I really wanted to get some shots of some birds. We have a lot of skylarks around here who sing and sing-I even heard them today in the much snowing that was happening!
But I have to tell you that as soon as I get within 20 feet they fly off… so very frustrating!
I then decided to stop, turning a brave back to the wind and snow and just wait and see if I could catch one unawares by my stealth and cunning!!
Oh joy….a skylark, quite a way off, perched UP in a tree….
Here’s another one…..
Remember the catchphrase from Noah and Nellie??
This last one was my first desperate attempt at photographing a skylark and not the best but there’s something about it that I like!
When skylarks fly off they have a beautiful white tummy.
Since October I have been watching a conker that got caught UP in a tree. I don’t know why I like it some much but I do. So it’s been there for about 3 months now…never having completed its journey to the ground!
Just the other day Calendula was still there up in that tree!

A few weeks ago I took some photos of conkers and wrote about them. I would now like to re-visit and show you what can happen to the best of us! (And don’t forget to hover over pics.)
But look what happened after an encounter with the sun!
The next two sets of photos show what happens if you don’t take the doctors advice about sun screen!!
But he didn’t use Factor 30!
Now I don’t know if you saw the conker blog, but I had rather a saucy lady conker bending over….
She too didn’t heed advice on caring for your skin!
And finally, remember Carl Conker who had over-indulged?….
Carl several years on….
And that’s all for today!
See Ya xx
How many did I see?
But where are the children?
They’re playing on the wii!!
Don’t forget to hover over the pics!
Then there’s this one….Prehistoric maybe?
And this one warns you of the dangers of drinking that one drink too many!
Now whilst this looks rather like the first picture, I feel it has a more warrior like attitude, with a hint of meanness thrown in….
Well what can you see in this next one?…
And here’s an odd thing…there was a sticky bud on the tree at the same time as conkers. I thought that sticky buds happened in Spring!?
And one more with captions…..
Finally just some shots of conkers on the tree….
