Weekly Photo Challenge: Vibrant
This week we have been asked to share a photo of something vibrant.
This I will do……
This little beauty is called the Blue Morpho for possibly obvious reasons but just look at his underside colouring……
Still vibrant but in another way!
The obligatory close up!
I was really surprised when I saw the Blue Morpho’s underside which
“is a dull brown color with many eyespots, providing camouflage against predators such as birds and insects when its wings are closed.”
I’m not sure I can agree that it is dull though!
