The XCU of Greg Gull is divine, Lizzie darlin !! 🙂 I don’t mean I don’t like the rest; just that I love him best …
It’s Regina who does it for me…even though she wrecks my rosemary…those colours! But each to his own eh? PS What’s XCU? x
extreme close-up.
Which it isn’t, really; it’s just a tight mid-shot.
[grin]
A TMS then….like it! 😉
I’m with you on Regina. Beautiful!
I used to write it simply as tight mid.
Only the gods know how others do … 😀
😊
Very appropriate photos and captions!
Thank you…it’s fun doing these! 😄
These are gorgeous images — but the captions and the names you’ve chosen? Crack me up! Such personality 😀
I especially like Pete Pigeon since Pigeons and Doves are cousins and my haiku name is “Paloma”. (Dove, in Spanish.) Somehow, I can hear Pete speaking in a voice like Jimmy Cagney. 😉
Great post!
Yes I think I can hear that voice too! I love the way pigeons slap each other…all I had to do was take the snap!! Thanks Jen 😄
The mourning doves here are much more peaceful than the pigeons — but they’ve come pretty darn close to slapping one another during nesting season, LOL!
Really though — awesome shot!
Thanks 🙂
Great photos and captions!I like the up yours. 😄 What is that first picture though? I can’t figure it out?
Those little critters are earwigs in a blind panic when I lifted the bottom of the bird cage up! 😉
especially the Mallard … one knows to expect “foul” language from him! 😀 😀 😀
Oh yes…nice one! Thank you 🙂
Very cool! 🙂
Thank you Amy 🙂
