yow! sharp photos! and you know I mean it both ways! 😀
Why thank you! 🙂
Yikes those look like some serious and painful zigzags.
Indeed not a zigzag to be messed about with! Thank you 🙂
Both brilliant, of course ! That rose, Lizzie darlin – I have seldom seen so many thorns on one stem. It obviously doesn’t want to be picked, eh ?
Yes not the sort of prickle to accidentally catch yer leg on when walking about the countryside eh! 😉
I will admit it would probably be yer ankle or lower leg; which makes me think that evolution caused it on account of cows. [grin]
IT’S 4 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING !!!
I know I know….inability to calm mind from hospital visit with mum today….well yesterday. Pinning hopes on new nerve drug and other tests and X-rays. Bloomin’ buzzy mind! 🙂
Fairy nuff. To me, of course, 4am is perfectly normal (in terms of the ginger one’s habits).
But to a sensible granny … well …
😉
X !!!
Sensible granny and sister to a dog now if you don’t mind!! I hate nights like these! Hoping being on holiday next week will sort me out!! Something needs to!!:)
Glass of hot milk ? she asked nervously …
Mmmm fine idea…might go and do some warming up! 😉
XX !!
Yowzers! Be careful around those brambles! Is that a rose, or a berry bramble …. or ….? And from the year that flower looks like something out of Star Trek – something vicious that would shoot spikes into Spock’s chest! But — I loved the cute little buggie the flower is sheltering. Can you hear the bug, fairly bursting with an evil laugh: “the power is mine …. Mine …. MINE!!! Mwah ha ha ha!”
Great photos!!!!
It’s a rose! Not a friendly one at that! The other flower is some sort of thistle. I took it when I was in Derbyshire and there were loads of them. I love the idea of the evil spike shootin’ plant…can quite imagine it! Mind you the evil driving force behind all this pointy mayhem has to be “cute bug”‘ definitely in the driving seat!, 🙂
Gotta watch the cute ones …behind a winning smile, a fifty-faceted eye-wink, a waving antenna … lurks an evil mastermind! 🙂
Really love your posts —!
Thank you very much 😀
Nice take on the theme. Pointy, for sure! 🙂
You’re welcome to come visit my late take on zigzag: http://wp.me/p255bn-ei
Thank you very much…I’ll zip over now and have a look! 🙂
